Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds unless a manufacturing fault is evident.

For all other items you may exchange within 7 days from date of purchase and within 15 days for international orders.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping & re-shipping charges on exchanges.Returns must include the original packaging with tags attached and in the exact condition it was sent.
