We will accept returns on items for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. (excluding earrings)
Items must be unworn, in original packaging and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear (i.e. scuffed soles) will not be accepted and returned to sender. Should are to be tried on over a clean dry soft surface to protect the leather sole.
We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price (excluding postage), upon receipt of your return package.
Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
A footwear return in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.
Earrings are considered final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Any return Shipping costs are your responsibility and you should use a reputable tracked service.
We can not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged return items in transit.
Please expect to see a refund 7 working days from when your item has been received.
