Want to return an item? No problem! Here's what you need to know:

​

• We will accept returns on items for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. (excluding earrings)

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging (including undamaged shoebox for footwear). and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear (i.e. scuffed soles) will not be accepted and returned to sender. 

• Shoes should be tried on a clean dry soft surface to protect the leather sole. We suggest carpet or other suitable soft surface to avoid marking the soles.

• Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost and using a tracked service. We can't take responsibility for lost or damaged items during return transit.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll process a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) within 7 business days.

• Final Sale: Earrings are unfortunately non-returnable.

• Delivery Information (UK & Ireland): Expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.
